He acted for a reason and it was never to expand his power.

Beneath every name they called him laid a man who simply wished to use his leadership for the better. He was as capable of tapping into his humanity as everyone and not once did he forget that.

Asher Veyron (Actor: Mark Pontarelli)

They grew up together, saw each other in their raw versions, and endured hardships clinging to one another’s hand. He was Layla’s soulmate, and as his obligation, he must cherish her needs and respect her at all times.
