Matt, the sole heir of the Barons, returned home to take over the family business. During his press conference, a young girl appeared out of nowhere and called Matt daddy. Thinking it was a prank or someone’s mischievous plan to denigrate him, Matt chased the girl away.

Only, Sean Baron, the billionaire’s cousin, was intrigued by Joyce’s stubbornness and secretly conducted a DNA test to see if the girl was indeed a Baron.

To Matt’s surprise, Sean brought him proof of Joyce being his daughter and he immediately felt sorry for mistreating the little girl. The story is fresh, unique and I loved Joyce’s character. She’s such a young girl, but her courage and her love for her mom are simply great.

Driven by the need to help her mother, Joyce does what no other child is able to do at such a young age. She protects the key that holds the greatest technology which can develop their company. Even when Matt tried to reason with Joyce and portrayed Linda as a bad mother, the little girl stood her ground and protected her mom.

Linda and Matt are both suborn characters. Linda tries to protect Matt until the very end from her family, never revealing the true reason behind her alleged betrayal, whilst Matt is too blind by rage to see the truth.

What’s important though is the fact that the series has a happy ending, with Joyce getting her wish granted, having a happy family with her mom and dad.
