She loves playing the innocent victim, winning Aaron\u2019s empathy and willingness to abandon everything and rush to her side when she needs help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monica is a ruthless woman, using her daughter Cindy as a pawn in her sick games, urging the little girl to feign illness to have Aaron rush over to their side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The vicious woman is also the culprit for Vivian\u2019s death, as she bribed the hospital to use the blood the girl needed for Cindy.
