Part 1. The Epic Story of Roaming the World Untamed Novel

Roaming the World Untamed is a novel about a boy, Rian, who was left with the sacred dragon by his mother. When he was just five years old, his mother left him on the mountain with the dragon, Aurelian.

As she is about to die, she doesn’t want to leave her son with another woman and wants to make him strong enough to get the respect back. Therefore, she asks her dragon friend, Aurelian, to teach him about the dragon powers.

By seeing Rian, the dragon tells his mother that he is the only living human who is capable to learn dragon magic to rule this world. After ten years of continuous struggle, Rian becomes a strong boy who has got almost every dragon skill.

This is when Aurelian tells him that the only skill left to learn is dragon magic, which Rian needs to live like an ordinary man. Rian agrees to do this and lose all his powers for a specific duration to learn this strongest magic.

When he returns to his home city, he isn’t treated well by anyone in the city because they think that Rian has no powers and is the biggest disgrace to his family. As time passes, the king’s daughter, Isabel, faces a great setback because a half-orc wants to marry her.

She is the only daughter of the king, Constantine, who doesn’t want to marry an animal-like creature. Therefore, the king announces a competition for everyone in his nation and announces that the winner will marry Isabel.

For this competition, some of the knights come forward, and Isabel asks her strongest soldier, Weston, to test the skills of every knight before the competition. Weston has doubts about Rian’s power even when he tries to keep them hidden because of his encounter with half-orcs in the restaurant.

Therefore, when he visits the Aldaric’s palace for testing the skills of Reynard, he also goes to Rian. He first uses his power to hit him, but Rian dodges his attack even after having a blindfold on his eyes.

Weston first thinks that he is just relying on his luck, but when Rian asks him to use his maximum power and beats him in return, it shocks Weston. This is when he recommends the king to invite Rian for the competition even if his father isn’t agreed on this.

When the day of competition comes, everyone laughs at Rian because they think that he isn’t worthy to sit on the stage with others. However, as the story progresses, half-orcs beat everyone who are competing against them.

Meanwhile, Rian learns the truth that Isabel is the same girl who helped him in his childhood when he had nothing to feed his sick mother. Therefore, he steps into the field to compete against the half-orc, but everyone laughs at him again.

They think that half-orc will kill him with a single hit instead of leaving him with broken bones. However, Rian waits for the right time and lets the half-orc show his cards first. When he is ready to beat Rian, he uses his hidden card to let everyone get shocked.

Rian tells the half-orc that he is going to show him the real dragon powers now and calls his dragon. It doesn’t shock the half-orc, but everyone from the audience sitting in the stand. Will this be the beginning of Rian’s successful journey?
