While Sylvia was a financially struggling student, she was a brilliant one so she stood out amidst her poor status.

Trust the bugs and haters to hate someone like her. The queen bees who thought all attention belonged to them came after her, trying to make her look stupid in whichever way. After all, she was a nobody.

This further attracted attention to Sylvia. Her lecturer, an attractive, yet intimidating professor took an interest in her. He saw her haters and tried to help her to fight them away.

Coincidentally, Sylvia was drooling over this professor. She would often be found daydreaming and fantasizing about being intimate with him. While Sylvia continued in that stead, it was as if her lecturer could see right through her. He definitely could see right through her.

He tried to make Sylvia concentrate on her studies. Well, the thing was that Sylvia was very smart. Without paying attention in class, she still knew everything being taught. In that case, as far as falling for her professor was concerned, she was free to do so.

Sylvia was from an unstable family. Her father was a drug addict who used the proceeds that Sylvia made from work to sponsor his drug addiction. Due to that, Sylvia had to do extreme jobs to meet up. For example, she became a waitress and then a stripper.

2.1 The Love Story of Lawrence and Sylvia Parker

One word, fast! The love story of Lawrence and Sylvia Parker happened at the speed of light. It started with the fact that Lawrence noticed how distracted Sylvia was. Also, he knew that he was the cause of her distraction.

While Lawrence was trying to handle Sylvia’s distraction, he understood that she had other fish to fry.

Some had noticed the attraction between Lawrence and Sylvia. Her classmates who bullied her saw the way she looked at the Professor and struggled to destroy and put her in a bad shape.

Here, it was Lawrence who came swooning into Sylvia’s life. Thanks to her haters, Lawrence could get close enough to Sylvia for a valid reason.

Like a fiery flame, two people under duress leaned on each other and that was what took them on sail. There was no holding back as soon as their paths were locked in together. Lawrence, the Professor said it clearly to Sylvia that he was not stopping as soon as he fired up their intimacy.

They became partners. Lawrence and Sylvia. As far as their love grew and was concerned, they barely took notice of the haters. What haters? Lawrence and Sylvia could not get their hands off each other. That was the real problem that they had. Not the haters.

Melanie, a classmate of Sylvia who was amongst Sylvia’s oppressors, was apparently the last man standing amongst them. With the last bout of energy she had, she tried to truncate the relationship between Lawrence and Sylvia. Well, she tried and failed as everything backfired, causing her to be apprehended.

Lawrence’s foundation on campus was at stake as well, and it is at the end of the movie we would get to find out if he lost everything. He was ready to lose everything for the love of Sylvia anyway, but did he?

The statement above was made by Lawrence, the Professor in Surrender to My Professor Episode 1. You see, it was not as if Sylvia was physically absent from class before, no. The fact was that she had fantasized so much about her lecturer until she drifted away.

Lawrence was teaching and appeared to have asked a question when Sylvia suddenly exited reality. However, Lawrence called her back to the present and interrogated her. It would be the first time that Lawrence would notice Sylvia’s attraction to him.

“Bon Appetit Sir.”

That was what the manager who worked at the club where Sylvia was a stripper, said to Lawrence the Professor.

You see, due to pressure, Sylvia had taken the job of being a waitress, and then a stripper. Lawrence had followed one of Sylvia’s haters who had been stalking her to the club, and that was where he found her.

Sylvia was at the mercy of sex predators and men who would use her body for their pleasure. She was only lucky that Lawrence found her. In Surrender to My Professor Episode 9, Lawrence paid 50,000 dollars to make Sylvia his for the night so that nobody would abuse her.
