His rescue became the most defining moment as Nina refused to take any bullshit from him anymore. She finally chose her heart. Damon supported her decision and after learning Evan’s blackmail, he put an end to his agony and confessed. 

With Damon’s protection and unyielding promise of a secured future, Nina finally broke free everything that once suffocated her freedom. Will this mean a new beginning? Or they barely make it to the surface of their love story?
