Part 1: Quick Summary of Honey Cut Book 1 – Salt Kiss

Since Honey Cut is the second installment of a trilogy, let’s have a quick summary of what happened before the second timeline begins before we proceed with the main event.

Previously in Salt Kiss, retired soldier Tristan Thomas becomes Mark Trevena’s bodyguard, the owner of Lyoness BDSM Club. He was supposed to protect Mark from his enemies, and he did a good job. Except, he’s unable to protect his heart from falling for the sadistic dom.

Part 2: Honey Cut Book Summary

Isolde Laurence’s Past

Born and raised in a religious family, Isolde Laurence had always been the good girl her parents are proud of. Her life revolves around studies and the Catholic Church—until her father declared she was to marry DC’s dangerous and sadistic dom Mark Trevena.

With rumors going around, which are not exactly good, Isolde refuses at first. But when Father Mortimer threatened her with her life, she had no other option but to follow despite her unwillingness. Well, at least Isolde escaped being the retirement plan; she just became the scapegoat.

Mark Trevena’s men drag her into his yacht to bring her back to him. To avoid any unnecessary trouble, they have to drug her to sleep. Stubborn as she is, Isolde finds a way to untie herself. But because of the drug, she struggles to even walk, ultimately leading to her falling into the pool.

Tristan and Isolde’s First Meeting

Fortunately, Tristan was on patrol. He arrives in time to save the unconscious fiancée of his boss. But Isolde mistakes him for Mark, and kisses him to let his guard down.
