Isolde Laurence could not believe that her life was in trouble. She was a devoted Catholic lady and had been spending her time serving the church. With that, she became a young woman, pure and a virgin. She had never had a relationship with a man before. What came first was her dedication to become a nun when the right time came.

However, when her hideous uncle, Father Mortimer, pushed her into a dangerous pact, things turned out the other way. Isolde had to marry Mark Trevena or else she would be killed. Since he was the notorious underground boss and billionaire, she had no choice but to agree. Like a sacrificial lamb, Isolde faced the uncertainty with closed fists.
