Part 1: A Quick Guide to High Society YouTube Movie Plot

Adele works as a shoeshiner to support her best friend’s medical expenses, so when she heard Duke Cesare needed a fake long-lost sister to be his substitute, she didn’t think twice before volunteering herself.

The story of High Society begins on the island of Santanare, a land of crystal clear seas, abundant resources, and breathtaking scenery. But underneath the beauty, the gap between the rich and the poor is huge. The rich nobles live in comfort, while the people of the Gimora slums fight to survive every day.

Adele is one of those poor people. Raised in Gimora, she never knew her parents or what her family name was. She pretends to be a boy, and she and her best friend Clarissa make their living shining shoes. Life is hard enough without Clarissa getting seriously sick.

Adele, meanwhile, is deeply indebted to the ruthless loan shark Nino. If she refuses to repay him, Adele will be sent to the coal mines, and Clarissa will be forced to work in a brothel.

Adele is determined to save her friend. Escaping, she comes face to face with the most powerful man in Santanare, Duke Cesare Buonaparte.

Duke Cesare has wealth and influence unequalled but he cannot escape the obligations of his family. A marriage pact between the Buonaparte and Della Valle families has existed for generations, and Cesare is forced to marry the mysterious and unpredictable Lucrezia Della Valle. Cesare plans a risky alternative, not wishing to endanger his own future.
