In the Power Lies and Marriage YouTube movie, Aurora Redmond is happily preparing to tell her husband Shawn Carter that she’s pregnant with their second child. Aurora feels their family gets a second chance after losing their daughter Molly, because she couldn’t get a heart transplant soon enough. She hopes the new baby will help them recover from the tragedy that forever changed their lives.

But once she reaches Shawn’s office, everything falls apart.

While waiting for him, Aurora accidentally activates a one-way mirror and sees Shawn having an affair with her best friend, Tiffany. And that shocking betrayal is just the beginning.

Soon, Aurora finds out that Shawn didn’t love her. He married her only because her image of a grieving wife helped him garner public sympathy and support for his political campaign.
