) and has made false and misleading statements in its user agreement, including the claim that “with the investment and construction of Crazy Maple Studio’s headquarters, it officially runs online.”These actions are entirely false, unauthorized, and constitute serious misrepresentation. They have the potential to mislead the public and cause financial harm to individuals who may mistakenly believe in a non-existent affiliation or endorsement by Crazy Maple Studio.In light of these developments, we make the following statement to clarify our position and protect the public:1. Crazy Maple Studio Inc. has no affiliation, association, or partnership of any kind with "eonmedia.tv". This includes, but is not limited to, any involvement in investment, establishment, operational support, or any form of collaboration.2. The use of our company’s logo, name, and brand likeness by eonmedia.tv is unauthorized and deceptive. Additionally, the impersonation of our staff within their so-called fan group, for the purpose of communicating with users under false pretenses, is an egregious act of impersonation and fraud. We urge the public to exercise extreme caution and to disregard any claims made by eonmedia.tv regarding a connection to Crazy Maple Studio. Do not purchase any short plays, services, or digital products from the site, and do not engage with its associated platforms, including fan groups.3. To protect our users, our reputation, and our intellectual property rights, we have gathered substantial evidence of this infringement and have already filed a complaint with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We recently became aware that false and misleading information about the ReelShort platform is being circulated by certain media outlets and individual social media accounts. These claims are not only untrue but may also be part of fraudulent schemes that could lead to financial harm.To protect the public and clarify our position, we make the following statement:ReelShort and its parent company, Crazy Maple Studio, do not operate, support, or authorize any internet-based investment or financial management services. We have never offered, endorsed, or partnered with any third party to promote such services. Any platform or individual claiming to offer investment returns using the ReelShort name is engaging in fraud.Our company has not launched or collaborated with any third party to launch any "light venture investment product apps" within the People's Republic of China. Any such promotion using our brand is entirely false and misleading.To protect our users, our reputation, and our legal rights, we have engaged a law firm to collect evidence and pursue legal proceedings against those involved in spreading defamatory or fraudulent content.
